Winter Cereals DAFM 2018 Rec. List out now!

The Winter Cereals DAFM 2018 Recommended list is out now.  Quadra is No. 1 for yield and No.2 for grain quality on the winter barley list followed closely by Volume and new to the list, Kosmos.  Garrus is the highest yielding fully recommended wheat which offers good straw and an opportunity for early drilling.  Husky continues to be Ireland's most popular oat with its high yields, excellent straw and good grain quality.

Some Highlights from Seedtech's Winter Cereal Varieties
Quadra combines the highest grain yield with good grain quality and an excellent agronomic package.  It is followed closely by Volume and our new 6 row conventional Winter Barley KWS Kosmos.

Husky is Irelands most popular Winter Oat Variety for a good reason, as it came in top of the list again.

For Winter Wheat, Garrus is the highest yielding fully recommended variety, which is suitable for early sowing.
